Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week - Day 4: Ashii by Ashima Singh, Dozakh by Kartikeya & Isha, Nimirta Lalwani, Prama by Pratima Pandey, Tanvi Kedia

Ashii by Ashima Singh's collection had a folksy vibe to it, bright colours and neutrals, bows, geometric prints with ethnic touches nicely meshed together, silhouettes were relaxed, some of the dresses were easy breezy. On the whole, the collection was not bad! Kartikeya and Isha did pretty party dresses, the peach and lavender numbers were quite nice. Taking a leaf out of Ayesha Depala and Gauri & Nainika Karan's book, Nimirta Lalwani focused on Goddess drape dresses and silhouettes, which though pretty, could do with better finishing. The quintessential Bengali woman was Pratima Pandey's muse, or so it seemed. Cool white cottons with the hot pink border made for an attractive combination for summer, the short dresses were the best in the whole collection. Tanvi Kedia's candy colour palate tempts, the printed pink and yellow and blue tunic dress were favourites.
